RAKBANKERD Foundation
The Ruam Duay Chuay Kan Samnuek Rak Baan Kerd Foundation has initiated the “Samnuek Rak Baan Kerd Farmers” project continuously for 18 years, inspired by the vision of Mr. Boonchai Bencharongkul, the Foundation’s founder.
The project aims to recognize and honor exemplary farmers of the nation, helping them gain wider public recognition and serve as an inspiration to Thai society.
Each year, the project has further developed its selection framework to align with the context and challenges of the modern agricultural sector. It also encourages farmers to apply new knowledge and approaches to develop their profession, connect local agriculture to the national level, and promote environmental sustainability alongside agricultural advancement.
มูลนิธิร่วมด้วยช่วยกันสำนึกรักบ้านเกิด ได้ริเริ่มโครงการ “เกษตรกรสำนึกรักบ้านเกิด” ต่อเนื่องมาเป็นปีที่ 18 จากปณิธานของ คุณบุญชัย เบญจรงคกุล ผู้ก่อตั้งมูลนิธิฯ เพื่อยกย่องและประกาศเกียรติคุณ เกษตรกรต้นแบบของประเทศ ให้เป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้าง และเป็นแรงบันดาลใจแก่สังคมไทย
โครงการได้พัฒนากรอบแนวคิดการคัดเลือกในแต่ละปี ให้สอดคล้องกับ บริบทและความท้าทายของภาคเกษตรกรรมยุคใหม่ พร้อมส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรนำความรู้และแนวทางใหม่ๆ มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาอาชีพ เชื่อมโยงเกษตรท้องถิ่นสู่ระดับประเทศ ควบคู่กับการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน
